Design Techniques
EDA has embraced the use of CADD for road design. We are able to upload the data collected from total stations directly into the computer, and quickly develop alternative design solutions during feasibility studies and preliminary engineering phases. During the final design stages, the use of road design software allows us to refine the design, estimate quantities, and finalize the plan sheets in a relatively short period of time.
EDA has adapted to changes in technology by implementing state-of-the-art design techniques.
Roadway Design
EDA uses the latest road design software to do roadwayand site design, estimate quantities, and prepare bid documents.
Engineering Design
EDA uses civil engineering software for slope stability, foundation design, and hydrologic analyses.
Survey
EDA uses Total Stations, GPS equipment, and GIS software.
